📋 Description

• Responsible for timely and accurate implementation of a portfolio of Baxter’s Digital Products, primarily in the Italian region but also globally. • Provide hands-on project management services to deliver digital projects within the healthcare environment. • Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and associated artifacts (e.g RISK logs) to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. • Manage day-to-day project activities: planning, scoping, scheduling, issue & risk tracking, and vendor management. • Engage resources to provide services such as installation, configuration, integration training and testing. • Communicate regularly with all stakeholder groups about progress, critical factors, and obstacles; prepare presentations and status reports for operational, commercial, and financial stakeholders. • Collaborate with wider teams to prioritise projects and allocate resources fairly based on prioritisation. • Engage internal stakeholder groups such as Sales, Finance and R&D to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Ensure projects are completed within budget and agreed timescales; highlight and mitigate project risks. • Follow existing project management standards and processes and work with the Digital Services Delivery Manager to refine and expand processes.

• Excellent personnel and project management skills • Demonstratable experience of stakeholder management ideally within a healthcare environment. • Able to Multi-task across a portfolio of projects and tasks. • Able to work under tight deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be an effective problem solver • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision • Process orientated with a desire to get things right first time • Experience of working on IT / Digital / Software projects. • Experience of working in a Healthcare setting would be beneficial. • Experience in vendor management • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Business Studies, computing, IT/information systems or a healthcare related science, or equivalent industry experience. • At least 5 years’ experience in the project management of complex software implementation and deployment projects.
