📋 Description

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority across multiple geographic locations to achieve project goals • Collaborate with technical teams to define milestones, meet launch-date commitments, and identify project-plan issues and risks • Identify and evaluate cost-optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes, including insourcing, alternate sourcing, and value engineering • Develop and maintain project schedules and drive execution to achieve milestones • Support change-control processes, validation activities, and implementation planning • Partner with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Suppliers to validate and implement cost-optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity • Identify and communicate risks and conflicts, develop mitigation plans, and lead proactive risk-response strategies • Lead financial analysis including market research, cash-flow analysis, capital planning, and project-cost evaluation • Support manufacturing sites across EMEA and APAC

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Plastics, Chemicals, Packaging, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrix organization • Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication skills • Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end using structured project management methods • Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills • Experience in regulated industries such as medical, pharma, or automotive preferred • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time based on business needs
