📋 Description
• Provide legal and business guidance concerning various forms of financing and strategic transactions • Draft and negotiate M&A transactions • Oversee overall corporate secretarial functions • Develop and maintain policies for compliance with SEC regulations • Support management of legal services budgets
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Minimum of 7 years of legal experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of laws and regulations affecting healthcare
