📋 Description

• Competent point of contact for online shop customers in 2nd-level support via phone, email and ticketing system • Advising customers and selling agricultural and technical products through the online shop • Handling customer inquiries, including complaints, delivery queries and returns • Assisting with technical questions related to the online shop • Coordinating product assortments with product management • Acting as liaison with the photo studio, purchasing, logistics and shop management • Responsible for and managing the eBay account

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the retail, wholesale or foreign trade sector is desirable • Product knowledge in the agricultural or technical sector is an advantage • Practical experience in eBusiness/eCommerce is desirable • Strong customer and service orientation and negotiation skills • Team player with flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills • Confident user of MS Office and Jira • Ideally, initial experience with SAP
