📋 Description

• Fulfill incoming travel requests and inquiries accurately and efficiently via Sabre GDS • Assist with group bookings, air, hotels, and related travel arrangements • Anticipate and proactively assist with potential client challenges • Support production crew and talent movements • Manage location and large group movements • Manage multiple complex itineraries • Aid team members within and across teams • Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers • Apply travel supplier rules accurately • Maintain current knowledge of supported travel industries • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Knowledge of travel industry systems, including GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment • Demonstrated professional customer service skills • Italian language fluency is a plus
