📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other travel regulations • Provide information about low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate with and respond to current and new clients • Help clients travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement • Availability during 8pm CST to 8am CST during the week and all day Saturday/Sunday • Ability to work in the United States
