📋 Description

• Define and lead enterprise strategy for relationships with major GPOs and health systems • Build trusted, senior-level partnerships and create shared agendas delivering clinical, operational, and economic value • Guide complex commercial negotiations and contracting decisions • Translate market and customer insights into differentiated growth strategies and enterprise execution • Align cross-functional leaders around priorities, customer value propositions, implementation, and performance • Develop innovative partnership models that expand access, support profitable growth, and strengthen BD’s strategic-partner position • Anticipate market, policy, and competitive shifts and adjust strategy proactively • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building organizational capability and succession depth • Set clear priorities, create accountability, and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes • Build alignment across organizational boundaries and communicate complex issues clearly • Identify and solve problems with rigor and drive accountability through the BDE process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, MHA, or relevant advanced degree is preferred • Significant progressive leadership experience in MedTech, healthcare, strategic accounts, or national account management • Deep knowledge of GPO and health-system business models, complex contracting, and value creation • Strong commercial and financial acumen • A record of leading high-performing teams and enterprise initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization • Executive presence and credibility with senior customers and internal stakeholders • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Ability to travel nationally as required
