📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret tenders and develop market-specific responses for EMEA markets • Fill tender specifications, support SMEs and review answers • Support sales team with pre-tender and tender bidding strategies • Submit tenders on appropriate tender portals in a time-bound environment • Full project management for tenders and support decision-making during tender process • Report and analyze tender outcomes and create/share lessons learned to drive improvement • Track developments in local tender legislation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and BD conditions of sale • Support maintenance of Tender Repository tools and optimize tender processes and tools • Collaborate strongly with regional teams and develop processes for new markets • Ensure BD commitments are transparent to Implementation and Support Teams to guarantee revenue recognition or payment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably with focus on marketing, economics, healthcare or law (advanced degree preferred) • 4-6 years of similar experience or in International Business • Excellent project management skills • Very good knowledge of MS-Office products • Excellent influencing skills • Knowledge of local tender legislation & practices, contracts and quote processes • Prior experience in tender management advantageous • BD solutions/product knowledge advantageous • Commercial acumen (commercial feeling) required; commercial background a plus • Analytical thinking with attention to detail; well organized; ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure • High level of independence, resilience and assertiveness • Very good English language skills; French, Dutch or Spanish advantageous
