📋 Description

• You’ll own overall technical planning, implementation, testing and monitoring of the features you build, taking them from Figma design to release. • You’ll know when to challenge requirements and research approaches based on understanding our users and codebase. • You’ll join a very fast growing team - working closely with the CTO, a skilled senior dev team, and the product & design team.

🎯 Requirements

• minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer, preferably with a strong focus on **TypeScript** • proficiency in building modern web applications using **Node.js, React **and** tRPC,** with a pragmatic approach to designing and maintaining complex systems, • hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally **AWS** - and the ability to build scalable, reliable services, • solid foundations in application testing (**Jest**) and a strong commitment to code quality, • experience with MongoDB database, • AI-native mindset, with familiarity with the **AI** tooling ecosystem (nice to have: **Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex**) and enthusiasm for leveraging these tools in day-to-day work
