📋 Description

• Help set up, test, and evaluate performance marketing campaigns • Analyze funnel and conversion metrics and derive improvements from the results • Expand lead generation, for example through LinkedIn • Maintain and learn to use the CRM system (HubSpot) • Automate recurring processes, such as content planning, reporting, or lead capture (e.g., with Make, Zapier, or n8n) • Test new AI tools and assess whether they deliver genuine time savings for the team • Optimize GEO and visibility in AI search results • Work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-generating initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably pursuing a degree with a focus on marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field • Work independently, communicate clearly, and take initiative • Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Make and Zapier) and AI tools (e.g., Claude) • Fluent in German and English • Initial experience in performance marketing or growth projects (nice to have) • Initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) (nice to have) • Initial experience with lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) (nice to have)
