📋 Description

• Source and select suitable image and video assets • Create high-performing direct response video ads • Optimize creative concepts together with the Art Director • Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Apply clients' branding guidelines to videos and designs • Occasionally create content for the agency's marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in video editing for performance marketing ads (YouTube, Meta, Google) • Solid understanding of performance objectives (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, retention) • Strong skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, and ideally Figma • Proactive contribution of your own creative ideas • Sense of responsibility for projects and reliability in meeting deadlines • Efficiency and consistently high work quality • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Team player with enthusiasm for improving performance together
