📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of BeInCrypto’s visual identity across digital products, editorial, marketing, and sales materials • Create editorial covers, social media covers, one-pagers, banners, reports, infographics, presentations, and key creative assets • Design website pages, landing pages, UI components, and web sections with the Lead UX Designer • Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and special projects from idea to final execution • Ensure visual consistency and high-quality brand application across company touchpoints • Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and explore new visual approaches • Identify opportunities to improve design quality, workflows, and brand impact • Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and editorial teams • Report to the Chief Executive Officer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic and digital design for web-first or/and media companies • Strong experience designing high-end visual branding and web/UI projects, including landing pages, websites, responsive layouts, and interface components • Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar • Exceptional skills in typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and concept development • Ability to transform complex ideas into visually engaging and effective designs independently • Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design and implemented web/UI projects • Ability to communicate confidently with cross-functional teams and present design decisions clearly • Fluent in English • Portfolio must be attached to CV; applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected
