📋 Description

• We’re now looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing team and help us elevate the Delightree experience across mobile and web. • This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the founders, product managers, and engineers to shape the future of franchise operations. • Lead end-to-end design for core product features used by franchise owners, managers, and team members. • Create elegant, user-centric solutions through wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. • Partner with product managers and engineers to scope and prioritize features with the right trade-offs. • Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate based on user feedback and data. • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across Delightree’s product surfaces. • Mentor junior designers and build a team later, and contribute to a culture of design excellence. • About Delightree: Our platform helps franchisors grow faster by making it easy to manage and operate all their locations, driving consistency, training, and operational excellence across hundreds of franchise units.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of product design experience in SaaS, enterprise, or mobile-first products • Key Skills: Strong UX thinking, paired with solid visual design skills and an attention to detail • A portfolio that showcases both process and polish - real-world examples of shipped work • Comfort with Figma and modern design tools • Bonus: motion design or front-end skills • A collaborative mindset - you’re someone who seeks feedback early and often • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines while aligning with team goals
