• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, and/or finance • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required • 7+ years of related experience, with client services • At least one year in a managerial role overseeing staff • 2-3 years of tax return review experience including but not limited to PTEs, C-Corporations, Individuals, Trusts, and Not-for-Profit Entities • Experience with multi-state entities and foreign owned U.S. based entities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tax research experience, strong knowledge of the tax code, and proactive problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
