📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and other IT units • Maintain and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and legacy or third-party systems • Support and monitor data and process flows between SD and other modules • Partner with stakeholders to gather evolving business needs and assess change requests • Participate in regression testing, patch validations, and change impact assessments • Support change management efforts by assisting with user training • Serve as a point of contact for end-user support and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred • Extensive experience (5+ years) in IT, with a strong focus on technology solutions for order to cash • Hands-on experience with SAP specifically in the areas of sales and distribution • 2+ years of experience in S/4 HANA • In-depth knowledge of the sales distribution processes within SAP • Proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 and ECC, including project planning, data migration, system configuration, and user training • Proven experience supporting EDI integration within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module • Strong understanding of IT cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies relevant to OTC and SAP S/4. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in SAP S/4 modules relevant to Sales and Distribution (SD) • ABAP debugging is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Professional certifications such as SAP certifications in SAP SD, and related IT certifications are a plus • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
