• Help students with review and critique of their applications. • Teach students how to make their applications stand out. • Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance. • Demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring students and improving overall operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a PhD OR MD Degree, or be in the process of completing your PhD/MD (MDc or PhD candidate). • Reside in the United States or Canada. • Can commit to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. • Bonus if you are fluent in French in addition to English. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning. • Possess tech-savviness. • Do not work for other test prep companies. • Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail. • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude. • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality. • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 10 Mbps).
