📋 Description

• Receive and respond to external and internal customer inquiries, issues, and orders • Resolve service-related issues and problems • Ensure customer communication is courteous, cordial, business-like, and timely • Efficiently cover phones for service calls as needed • Evaluate and monitor service technician schedules throughout the day • Interact with service technicians and Service Managers to maintain operational efficiency and maximize technician scheduling time • Handle exceptions and support problems Customer Service Representatives cannot resolve • Research information for credit or billing problems • Enter basic part orders using manufacturer or item numbers • Accurately bill service invoices using correct item numbers, quantities, and van stock • Maintain accurate records of deleted or cancelled calls • Document discussions with customers, technicians, sales representatives, and Service Managers • Keep management informed with accurate and timely information • Maintain a composed, confident, and professional manner • Lead by example with a positive can-do attitude

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively • Excellent computer, telephone, and customer service skills • Ability to multitask • Attention to detail • High school diploma/GED • Customer Service experience preferred • Local to Reno, Nevada
