📋 Description

• Design and execute end-to-end validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across the Advocate-facing platform and self-service module • Develop test strategies, test plans, test suites, test cases, and test scripts • Execute role-based testing for Enrollment Advocates, Veterans, Case Managers, Direct Care Workers, and partner agencies (ADNAs) • Validate the Veteran Directed Care lifecycle, including onboarding, caregiver engagement, time submission and approval, payroll, and reporting • Validate eligibility, service authorizations, budget calculations, timesheets, payroll processing, reporting, boundary conditions, rounding, retroactive corrections, and error handling • Test self-service functionality under mobile, low-bandwidth, and assistive-technology conditions • Support WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility validation • Review design specifications, wireframes, prototypes, BRDs, and Project Charters • Assist with requirements gathering and translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria • Produce testing scope documentation, test plans, test results, tickets, and audit-ready coverage documentation • Identify, log, reproduce, and monitor defects and production issues • Report findings to Product Management and Engineering and support prioritization and resolution • Analyze and communicate quality data and devise quality-improvement processes • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Leadership, and stakeholders • Prioritize features, define testing and analysis requirements, create documentation and process flows, and deliver end-to-end testing on schedule • Perform other QA/UAT and business-related duties assigned by the Chief Product Officer or BeneLynk leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including experience leading product testing and analysis efforts across multiple QA and/or UAT initiatives • Experience in Agile business/software development lifecycle processes and methodologies; experience with or knowledge of SCRUM fundamentals, frameworks, and methodologies • Experience performing End-to-End testing across multiple applications and developing test plans, test scripts, and a coverage matrix • Ability to create test plans, test suites, and test cases from project/product specifications and/or verbal communication channels • Experience creating written QA/UAT test reports covering test progress, status, test plan completion, defects, and associated risks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex conditional business rules and edge cases • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Calm under pressure, proactive and self-starting attitude, and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise among developers, designers, product managers, and operations • Experience presenting information to teams, stakeholders, and/or executives • Proficiency in the MSFT Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or related software • Adept at understanding QA/UAT operations and their relationship to product design, development, and delivery • Associate degree in a related field required • Stable internet connection • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds • Offer contingent upon required background and drug screening • Must complete employment authorization verification through E-Verify
