📋 Description

• Serving as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of 401(k) plan clients • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned retirement plan clients • Managing day-to-day plan administration activities • Performing compliance testing, including ADP/ACP and 402(g) testing • Supporting annual compliance requirements, Form 5500 preparation, and plan deadlines • Maintaining accurate workflow management and documentation in Pension Pro • Delivering exceptional service that builds long-term client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in 401(k) plan administration and retirement plan compliance • Working knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • ASPPA credentials (or a desire to pursue professional certifications) preferred
