📋 Description

• Own accountability for the success and retention of an assigned book of business • Lead and manage execution of Bennie’s consulting model for assigned customers • Deliver high-quality benefits consulting services and exceptional customer results and satisfaction • Develop and execute annual customer account plans • Collaborate with the consulting delivery team on strategic initiatives • Drive customer results and support consulting delivery team development • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes • Educate and enable customers regarding industry and regulatory developments • Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and product teams on business development and operational improvement opportunities • Maintain relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting experience managing complex client accounts across small, mid-market, and large-group segments • Expertise in various funding mechanisms • Deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance, including ERISA, ACA, and COBRA • Life & Health Producer’s License • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Team leadership and/or project leadership experience preferred • Experience with leading HR/Benefits technology platforms preferred • Experience in both large- and small-group benefits consulting preferred
