• Partner with high-authority brands to build high-quality backlinks and support client growth and authority. • Participate in internal backlinking and guest posting program and manage multiple client deliverables. • Work within a collaborative link-building team to achieve collective goals. • Conduct research and prospect websites to identify link-building opportunities. • Perform outreach to establish and nurture relationships with relevant companies, publishers, editors, and writers. • Curate relevant guest post topics for editorial partners and ensure content exceeds expectations. • Maintain high standards of excellence for links built to clients’ websites and Omniscient Digital properties. • Understand clients’ businesses and marketing goals to place relevant and valuable links. • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to work more efficiently using AI and automations. • Use project management and database tools to track outcomes and inputs and ensure timely delivery. • Partner with Organic Growth Strategists and Editorial Leads and report to Outreach Team Lead.
• 2-3 years of experience with SEO, keyword research, and/or link building. • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Notion, Asana, Loom, Google Analytics, and more. • Experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital PR for B2B software companies. • High bar for quality and ability to recognize red flags in SEO link building. • Continuous improvement mindset; seeks process improvements and AI/automation solutions. • Intellectually curious critical thinker; strong research skills. • Seeks feedback and eager to learn. • Comfortable jumping on calls and managing relationships with team and partners. • Bias toward action; makes decisions quickly and iterates. • Meticulous and detail-oriented. • Proactive and flexible; takes initiative. • Punctual and deadline-driven. • Collaborative, friendly, and team-oriented (must not be an asshole).
