📋 Description

• Oversees the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities • Provides strategic oversight of facility maintenance, repair, and capital improvement programs • Reviews and analyzes facility and asset performance metrics • Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management • Acts as a senior advisor to Asset Managers and customers on complex operational issues • Partners with customers and vendors to ensure safety and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • A minimum of seven years of related experience is required • Three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), or related operational environment • Must have knowledge of facilities and asset management practices • Ability to manage profit and losses and create financial forecasts • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
