📋 Description

• Portfolio management – Oversee the portfolio of educational products under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with the strategy defined by the Executive Board. • Management of planning, production and updates of materials – Manage the planning, production and updating of instructional materials (print and digital) and assessment tools, ensuring technical quality and adherence to curricular guidelines. • Production cycle management – Lead the execution of production cycles at all stages, ensuring deadlines, budget and delivery standards are met. • Cross-team liaison – Act as the point of contact with pedagogical, editorial, legal and technology teams to ensure coherence and feasibility of proposed solutions. • Monitoring educational product performance – Monitor the performance of educational products, proposing improvements based on usage data, school feedback and market trends. • Supplier contract management – Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with established agreements and proposing adjustments when necessary. • Multidisciplinary team management – Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring cultural and strategic alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical knowledge in editorial production of instructional materials (print and digital), including development methodologies and quality control. • Mastery of national curricular guidelines and knowledge of public policies in basic education.
