• Review resumes and reach out to qualified candidates • Conduct initial phone screenings • Coordinate interviews with the appropriate recruiter • Maintain accurate records in applicant systems and spreadsheets • Communicate with the Talent Assessment team and leadership about complications and concerns
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • 2+ years of experience in customer service • Reliable internet service • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules • Experience with Google Suite and MS Office • Superb attention to detail and communication skills • Written and verbal professionalism
