They place emphasis on deep industry knowledge (online and crypto casinos, sweepstakes, mystery boxes, B2B SaaS, and FinTech) and operate globally with hybrid and fully remote roles.

📋 Description

• Own the complete onboarding lifecycle for global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) • Direct the gathering, verification, and submission of corporate due diligence (KYC/KYB) packages, merchant applications, and regulatory documentation to acquirers and payment partners • Monitor and triage internal onboarding queues, manage high-volume requests, remove bottlenecks, and keep operational pipelines moving • Partner with Legal and Finance to review fee schedules, rolling reserves, settlement terms, and contractual obligations • Use AI tools, including Claude, to automate document processing, synthesize contracts, extract fee structures, and accelerate compliance packet creation • Coordinate demos, sandbox testing, payment flow validations, and credential setups with Product and Engineering teams • Maintain centralized documentation for supplier contacts, fee matrices, and account details • Execute hand-offs of live, fully onboarded providers to internal account and operational teams • Monitor local market requirements, compliance standards, and emerging payment technologies to align onboarding documentation with vendor criteria • Report to the Head of Payment Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in PSP onboarding within the iGaming sector • Experience with offshore markets is a must • Deep, hands-on experience navigating complex corporate structures • Experience gathering due diligence documentation and satisfying strict acquirer compliance requirements • Proven ability to manage a heavy onboarding pipeline across multiple brands and entities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or speed • Sharp attention to detail when reviewing payment agreements, pricing structures, and financial terms • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to coordinate effectively between third-party compliance teams, internal legal units, and technical stakeholders • Willingness to travel periodically, e.g. to Malta • Willingness to attend approximately 2 key industry conferences per year
