📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle from intake to go-live • Design, own, and continuously improve onboarding processes, including playbooks, checklists, and SLAs • Direct the gathering, verification, and submission of KYC/KYB packages, merchant applications, and regulatory documentation • Maintain the group's master due diligence library and corporate structure packs in an audit-ready state • Set onboarding priorities in line with leadership-approved market launch plans • Forecast pipeline capacity and timelines and triage high-volume queues to remove bottlenecks • Handle escalations for complex or stalled applications, including acquirer compliance queries on group structure and licensing • Collate and summarise proposed fee schedules, reserves, and settlement terms for review and approval • Lead the use of AI and automation tools, including Claude, to reduce manual effort and turnaround time • Coordinate demos, sandbox testing, payment flow validations, and credential setups with Product and Engineering • Build onboarding records for new providers and transfer them to the integrations team at hand-off • Track acquirer and PSP onboarding criteria across target jurisdictions and payment method types • Define and report onboarding KPIs to senior management • Optionally mentor and guide junior onboarding staff

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in PSP onboarding within the iGaming sector • Experience with offshore markets is a must • Deep, hands-on experience navigating complex corporate structures • Experience gathering due diligence documentation and satisfying strict acquirer compliance requirements • Proven ability to manage a heavy onboarding pipeline across multiple brands and entities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or speed • Sharp attention to detail when reviewing payment agreements, pricing structures, and financial terms • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to coordinate effectively between third-party compliance teams, internal legal units, and technical stakeholders • Willingness to travel periodically, e.g. to Malta • Willingness to attend approximately 2 key industry conferences per year
