📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Post closing analyst to join our team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage post-closing processes and possess excellent attention to detail. As a Mortgage Post closing analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing mortgage loan documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Responsibilities • ● Audit loan files post funding and identify and remediate exceptions/errors. • ● Verify loan terms, interest rates, borrower information, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • ● Reviewing Closed loan documents to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancy. • ● Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process and get resolution. • ● Deliver electronic image files to investors and servicers as per their guidelines. • ● Verify and analyse all necessary financial information and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• ● Any bachelor's degree. • ● 1+ year experience in US Mortgage post-closing process • ● Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines. • ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • ● Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. • ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
