• Description • The Flex Team Analyst plays a pivotal role in our dynamic and adaptive workforce, contributing to the organization's resilience and agility. The Flex Team, initiated in September 2021, focuses on cross-training analysts across various workflows to enable seamless support for multiple business functions when needed. The primary objective is to create a pool of versatile resources capable of addressing short-term supply shortages in different teams, thereby mitigating volatility in efficiency metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and volume fluctuations.
