📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UI developers, and backend developers to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. • Planning an innovative UX and executing the required UI design process to deliver on time. • Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing application UI designs. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices. • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs. • Participate in Agile development process including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. • Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices. • Use design patterns and object-oriented software design principles to create intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions. • Support for Digital Marketing by creating creative assets like explainer videos, posters, How-to videos, Websites, etc. • Execute & support the Website design & maintenance for the Product marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Deep understanding and skills in creating world-class UX & UI for applications. • Ability to re-brand application UI. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating proficiency in creating user-centred designs. • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate tools, and their plugins. • Experience in handling both Raster and Vector graphics, Video and audio content. • Creativity and a strong eye for visual design and aesthetics. • Experience with Agile development processes. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
