• You lead the development of our digital platform in line with the product vision • You are responsible for the software architecture and the technology stack of our platform • You optimize the development process in close collaboration with the team and the founding team • You empower the tech team to make decisions independently • You support the implementation of software development projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions (Frontend + Backend) • Ideally, you have previously worked as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer • Strong experience with cloud technologies (ideally Google Cloud), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and web technologies (ideally Angular, Kotlin) • Experience with various database systems, ideally PostgreSQL and Firestore • Experience building CI/CD pipelines • Enjoy integrating testing into the development process • You maintain solution-oriented and team-focused communication
