• Evaluate deal attributes for compliance with organizational programs and policies, such as contract duration, pricing structure, discount levels, and approval prerequisites, to determine whether contracts meet program requirements. • Advise sellers, account executives, or deal owners on necessary modifications to help bring deals into program alignment. • Coordinate with program owners and other leadership teams for exception considerations. • Case management: monitor inbound requests and create/manage case records to ensure timely resolution. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 2-4 years of experience in project/program coordination, contracts, compliance, finance, consulting, legal operations, or related fields. • Understanding of general financial calculations, including discounting, proration, and currency conversions. • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound judgment. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and business processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel. • Effective written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency at B2+ level or higher. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
