📋 Description

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of the PartnerTrust Partner Program within the Global Partner Organization • Operationalize program structure, requirements, incentives, and priorities while tracking program health metrics • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, and Customer Success • Manage program timelines, budgets, milestones, quality targets, roadmaps, schedules, and status reporting • Assess and improve portals, systems, help desk infrastructure, and SLAs • Own onboarding and intake processes, streamlining workflows and reducing time-to-active • Coordinate agreement and contract workflows with Legal and Finance while maintaining compliance tracking • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate program risks and issues • Manage relationships, escalations, communications, business reviews, and internal/external program forums • Define and track KPIs to measure program success and impact • Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and best practices • Report to the SVP Channel & Alliances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field • Experience preferably in a technology or SaaS environment • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion • Ability to operationalize complex, multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution without direct authority • Experience with agreement/contract workflows and Legal and Finance functions • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project • Experience with CRM or related systems such as Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software, Agile/Scrum, change management, eSignature tools, portal/PRM technologies, data visualization/reporting, or MBA are nice to have
