📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, designing, and developing IAM processes, both manual and automated. • Identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identity problems or identity integrations • Maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems. • Must coordinate with cross-functional teams to design all components of the provisioning process. • Prepare reports for management and leadership regarding the status of the project. • Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies. • Responsible for identity integration with all cloud providers. • Any other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or relevant technical experience in Information Systems. • 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. • Experience managing Cloud Identities. • Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide variety of people to accomplish the goals of BHG. • Capable of working independently, as well as in team/collaborative settings.
