• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, leasing and social media management preferred • Experience working with a top-tier retail real estate company in the Philippines is highly desirable • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends • Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills • Strong desire to succeed and ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, while functioning in a team environment • Ability to generate high quality, error-free work product for internal and external distribution on tight deadlines with minimal oversight • A “Team Player” mentality, with a passion for brainstorming, problem solving, and independent thinking • Passion for commercial real estate and desire to grow with an exceptional team.
