• Curate and manage emerging technology Bible translation field teams • Oversee language translation projects and provide insights • Execute project milestones and quality assurance methods • Manage field team onboarding, training, and logistics • Research and engage with regional partners for projects • Provide cultural briefings to inform strategic decisions • Hold teams accountable for budget and timelines
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in successfully developing and managing multicultural teams • Understanding of the Bible translation process • Experience with multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated skill in planning, time management, and maintaining structured workflows • Current passport with the ability to travel immediately • Expert-level proficiency in written and spoken English • Advanced MS Office proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
