📋 Description

• Administer and technically configure Dayforce across Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management • Deliver an agreed programme of work packages • Partner with stakeholders to review and validate work package requirements • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications • Investigate and resolve existing system issues • Identify root causes and implement sustainable configuration improvements • Enhance system performance and reduce recurring support demands • Build relationships with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders • Align delivery priorities and communicate progress throughout each change lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on configuration experience across Dayforce, including Core HR, Payroll and Workforce Management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly understand complex system behaviours and identify effective solutions • Experience translating business requirements into practical technical outcomes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Confidence engaging with technical and non-technical audiences • Delivery-focused mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work through to completion
