📋 Description

• Raise the quality standard for everything Stride publishes across clients and channels • Report directly to the Director of Stride • Direct the SEO team and designer • Run the executive LinkedIn programme end to end, including interviews, drafts, edits, approvals and publishing for the executive cohort and company page • Own the weekly content pipeline for every retainer client from brief through publication • Brief and quality-check the SEO team and designer weekly • Write client-specific editorial guides covering voice, preferred and avoided words, and examples of good content • Maintain AI writing workflows and prompt libraries • Move new clients into content within two weeks of their positioning sprint through documented, repeatable onboarding • Write and edit content every week and determine publication quality • Grow into Head of Content as the client base expands

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years writing and editing B2B content • Portfolio demonstrating range across long-form articles, landing pages, social posts, newsletters and case studies • Experience writing LinkedIn content on behalf of founders, executives or investors • Ability to quickly improve human or AI drafts to make them clear, specific and worth reading • Experience directly managing at least one person or managing suppliers such as freelancers, an SEO agency or designers • Daily use of AI writing tools, with ability to identify where they help and where they produce filler • Working knowledge of SEO, including search intent, briefs and on-page structure • Native or near-native written English • Based in a European time zone • Experience growing a content metric in an in-house B2B role, such as traffic, rankings, audience or pipeline • Agency experience is highly valued • Background in content for SaaS, private equity, venture capital or professional services is desirable • Familiarity with private equity and venture language, including value creation, operating partners, portfolio companies and post-acquisition plans • Danish as a second language; Swedish or German also useful • Experience optimising content for AI search, including ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews • Good eye for design and layout, sufficient to brief and judge graphics • Journalism or editorial background • Comfortable with project tools such as Wrike and Google Workspace
