📋 Description

• Input and manage all vendor bills and client invoices • Track payroll data for U.S. and remote teams • Reconcile QuickBooks accounts, receipts, and statements monthly • Maintain clean, updated ledgers and documentation across all brands • Work closely with the Head of Administration and U.S. leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or financial operations experience (QuickBooks Online preferred) • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, Bill.com, or similar platforms • Strong ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies quickly • Excellent written and verbal English communication for collaborating with U.S. teams • Exceptional ability to manage multiple ledgers, vendors, and reporting deadlines • Eager to learn, adapt, and develop into a senior financial operations role • Self-Driven, Proactive Mindset • Commitment to Long-Term Growth • Aligned with Our Values
