• Own and drive Daily Content & Posting • Continuous Ad Campaigns (Google, Meta, LSA, Thumbtack, etc.) • SEO, Blogs, Landing Pages, GBP Optimization • Lead Funnel Tracking + Weekly Reports • Sales & Recruiting Campaign Support • Email + Print Campaigns (Newsletters, Postcards, Flyers)

• Obsess over data, not just aesthetics • Build funnels that actually convert • Manage content, ads, SEO, CRM, and vendors without chaos • Track everything — because “If it’s not reported, it didn’t happen” • Take ownership, follow up fast, and improve every week • Want to grow into a senior marketing role in the next 12–18 months
