• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role. • Clear spoken and written English – Minimal accent preferred for client-facing communication. • Female candidate preferred (based on team composition/client request). • Experience using VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) and CRM tools. • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills. • Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and take ownership of sales opportunities. • Passionate about customer experience and committed to building positive client relationships. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with shifting priorities and high communication volume.
