📋 Description

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live • Ensure projects deliver business value and technical alignment • Act as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders • Shape operating-model decisions and secure executive sponsorship for change • Manage large, complex programs spanning multiple BigPanda products and customer business units • Define, deliver, and track measurable customer value, including business outcomes, ROI, and value-realization plans • Partner with Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers to align solutions with clients’ business and technical goals • Champion customer success stories and outcomes validating BigPanda’s business value • Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in BigPanda’s AI capabilities • Communicate clearly with English- and German-speaking customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations • Fluent German (written and spoken), at CEFR C1 level or above • Extensive ownership experience of project timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources, including risk identification and mitigation • Experience building relationships with and communicating complex project status to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leads • Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones • Experience in AIOps or ITOps preferred • Experience with monitoring, observability, or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace preferred • Must be UK-based • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
