📋 Description
• Standardize and automate core IT operations processes in our cloud-only environment • Plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations • Take ownership of incident, problem and change management according to ITIL • Handle security incidents related to EDR and Microsoft 365 Defender • Analyze complex disruptions to drive sustainable resolutions and ensure clear documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in IT operations • Confidently manage complex system landscapes with Microsoft 365 and Azure • Experience with ITIL-based processes and thorough incident/root-cause analysis • IT security operations (e.g., EDR, Microsoft Defender, compliance) • Automation skills (scripting, workflows, Microsoft 365 automation) • Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
