📋 Description

• Design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus • Contribute to legacy-system changes when required for delivery, stability or safe migration • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and robust implementations • Identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles • Improve existing systems through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation • Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies • Support junior engineers through code reviews, technical sparring and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacks • Comfortable working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systems • Ability to turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutions • Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, data models and operational implications of technical decisions • High engineering standards regarding testability, code quality, maintainability and production awareness • Confident use of AI tools as productivity enablers without compromising quality or accountability
