• Lead the design of a new ticketing product with high visibility and a strong focus on usability. • Conduct 0→1 discovery (problem mapping, hypotheses, qualitative/quantitative research plan, definition of success metrics). • Design end-to-end experiences: event discovery, seating, checkout/payment, wallet, and post-purchase — mobile-first and accessible. • Prototype (low/high fidelity in Figma), plan and run usability tests, analyze results and iterate quickly. • Build/scale a Design System (tokens, components, guidelines, accessibility/WCAG and governance). • Track product metrics (conversion, drop-off/abandonment, NPS/CSAT, purchase time) and prioritize the highest-impact improvements. • Facilitate rituals and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support. • Mentor the Design team, raising quality standards and spreading best practices.
• 6+ years in Product Design, with consumer-scale cases and proven impact. • Portfolio with 2–3 end-to-end projects (problem → process → outcome and metrics). • Strong in discovery/research (interviews, surveys, card sorting, heuristic analysis). • Excellent UI skills and Figma expertise (componentization, auto-layout, prototyping, micro-interactions). • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design. • Comfortable with product metrics and data-driven decision making. • Plus: Experience in marketplaces and/or the entertainment/event tech market. • Plus: Experience with seating maps, payments and anti-fraud systems. • Plus: Experience building/scaling multi-product or multi-brand Design Systems. • Plus: Experience with GTM/Growth, A/B experiments and collaboration with CRM/Performance teams.
