📋 Description

• Administer and configure the Medallia platform, including reports, dashboards, KPIs and visualisations • Configure, test and deploy customer surveys and feedback programmes • Manage Medallia Digital properties, intercepts, tagging and digital experience configurations • Gather requirements, conduct impact assessments and provide business analysis support • Troubleshoot platform, reporting, data and integration issues across business and IT teams • Support the SaaS application and underlying ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and IBM DataStage • Coordinate troubleshooting with other IT teams • Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and script-based configurations and enhancements • Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, SQL and database investigations • Share knowledge and maintain the Confluence knowledge base in a structured, LLM-friendly format • Deliver assigned development tasks through to completion • Create or update at least one knowledge base article every month

🎯 Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience administering and configuring the Medallia platform • Experience configuring Medallia surveys, reporting and Medallia Digital • Experience supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, ideally in Microsoft Fabric and/or IBM DataStage • Strong SQL skills for data validation and root-cause analysis • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Experience gathering requirements and carrying out impact assessments with business stakeholders • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running • Direct Medallia platform experience is essential; candidates without it will not be considered • Experience with Atlassian Rovo is desirable • Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers is a big plus • Experience building AI solutions with ADK (Agent Development Kit) is highly valued
