🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product growth or digital marketing within payment, technology, fintech, or crypto industries. • Demonstrated familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and at least one other major region. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. • Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related projects is a plus. • Bilingual English, Spanish or Portuguese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. • Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
