📋 Description

• Monitor daily trading operational issues and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues • Ensure that team’s project targets are met within the project timeline and costs, monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle • Able to drive product enhancement that can contribute to business OKR and user experience • Strong data analysis skill, able to identify key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs • Help run a high-efficiency daily operations team to support rapid growth of the business with minimal supervision • Have a risk mindset to enhance the governance and structure of daily operations • Suggest reasonable solutions and plans for any problems in projects • Partner with related BUs to achieve the best result for both Spot trading and other BUs • Assess business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation ideas • Engage junior team members and be able guide them on career development and overcome challenges • Other related duties allocated by the team leader

🎯 Requirements

• Around 6-10 years of experience, preferably in investment banking/financial industry/crypto industry • Good understanding of financial or blockchain trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data) • Have previous experience as a product manager/lead for spot exchange related services • Clear and logical thinking leveraging data driven analysis to provide solutions • Critical thinking, strong communication skills, highly driven, and quick-learner • Able to liaise with clients/stakeholders across the regions
