📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business roles, with a focus on financial product teams including futures, derivatives, and quantitative etc. • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. • Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events. • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for specialized financial roles. • Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence within the financial products and trading space. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or fintech sectors. • Proven experience recruiting for specialized financial roles. • Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly preferred. • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
