📋 Description
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities • Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing materials • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards • Work with regulatory compliance teams regarding applicable regulatory requirements • Manage and organize corporate documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support various legal matters • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the cryptocurrency industry
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or in a corporate governance role, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency sector • Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and compliance practices is highly desirable • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in Chinese and English essential • Paralegal certification is a plus
