• Independently manage a portfolio of large, complex commercial glazing projects valued between $3 million and $15 million from award through closeout • Serve as senior point of contact for general contractors, construction executives, architects, and owners • Lead project kickoffs, establish project controls, and develop execution plans for curtain wall, storefront, and specialty glazing systems • Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and field installation schedules • Monitor financial performance, cost-to-complete forecasts, and variance analysis • Oversee submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders • Manage performance mock-up testing and code-required field/lab testing • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers • Provide constructability input and pricing strategies during bidding • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Lead closeout activities including inspections, punch lists, warranties, and final billing • Maintain general contractor relationships to support business development • Participate in division leadership meetings and project-management process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or 5+ years of direct commercial glazing project management experience in lieu of a degree • Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial glazing or specialty construction • Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $3 million and $15 million • Experience with ACM and other façade products/systems • Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and specialty glazing systems • Advanced ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and architectural details • Leadership and mentoring experience developing junior team members • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost forecasting, and margin analysis • Executive-level negotiation and client relationship management skills • Proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, or equivalent ERP systems • Experience with unitized or panelized curtain wall systems, factory-fabricated panel assemblies, and crane/rigging logistics is a plus • PMP certification, LEED AP credential, or equivalent industry certification preferred • Experience with design-assist or design-build delivery methods preferred
